An enquiry at Auto Vault is the beginning of a conversation — not a quote request processed against a price list, not a form routed through a support queue. A private exchange about the vehicle, the situation, and whether what is needed is something Auto Vault can provide.
Every service — storage, detailing, an acquisition, an events expression of interest — begins the same way. A message. A brief description of the context. A sense of what the owner is looking for. From there, the relevant person responds directly. If the conversation leads somewhere, a time is arranged to discuss further. If the enquiry sits outside what is currently offered, that is communicated clearly and without complication.
What to include
For storage enquiries: make, model, and approximate storage duration are sufficient to begin. Known condition concerns are useful but not required upfront.
For detailing enquiries: a brief description of the vehicle and the nature of the work — correction, coating, PPF, interior, or a combination — allows the right response.
For acquisitions: the type of vehicle, the approximate budget, and the level of involvement the client wants in the search.
For events: vehicle details and a brief note on how the interest arose. These enquiries are considered on their own terms, separately from service enquiries.
